machine frame: It is pre-stressed structured. The upper and lower beams are pulled by four columns to bear the straightening force.
The upper and the lower beams of the frame are respectively installed with a straightening roller. The upper one is concave and the lower one is convex, with both high in hardness and strength and low in surface roughness. The upper body of straightening machine is designed with Electric worm gearing to drive the upper roller to make up and down movement to change the gap space between two rollers. The upper roller is balanced by the mechanical structure to eliminate the gap, so as to improve the accuracy of the roll gap. When necessary, the lower beam can be equipped with a hydraulic protective cylinder.
