The pickling line is designed as a straight reciprocating line. The workpiece is sent to the material station by the electric trolley at one end, and then automatically taken and hung by the crane into the pickling line. At the end of the pickling process, the material outlet at the other end is taken out and hung down to the electric trolley, and then sent to the packaging station to complete all the processes. The operation station is set beside the loading and unloading station, and all control instruments and operation buttons are integrated on the operation station for the convenience of workers.

design requirements

1) the tanks of the production line are arranged in a straight line. The bottom of the tank body is provided with a waste discharge outlet, and the upper part is provided with an overflow outlet;

2) pickling line adopts pp board partition as a whole, and PVC transparent board is used for top lighting. Can effectively block the acid mist overflow;
3) set up the drainage ditch around the pickling production line, and the dripping and leaking wastewater in production is connected to the factory waste water collection pipe network through the drainage ditch;
4) the ground of the pickling area shall be treated with epoxy anti-corrosion, which is convenient for dripping acid or water to be discharged into the waste water tank;
5) suction tuyors are set at the top of the closed roof, and suction air is placed behind the induced fan to ensure that the pickling airtight area is in a state of micro-negative pressure. Acid exhaust gas generated by pickling enters the acid mist treatment tower through the suction pipe for three-stage purification treatment and then is discharged to the standard;
6) operation platform is set on both sides of pickling tank, upper grille board is laid, and guardrail is installed on the outside of the corridor.
7 maintenance sliding door is set on one side of the closed area.

Configuration: the tank is equipped with overflow outlet and sewage outlet, air mixing is designed in the tank, and PP control is used for pipeline.

 washing tank:
