Description:

  1. LOADER WITH DOUBLE CHAINS
    On a sturdy electro welded carpentry a set of motorized chains and powered by electrical gearbox are mounted.
    The loading table transfer bars to next unit and a selection system managed by pneumatic cylinder give the possibility to load bars one by one.

  2. INLET ROLL-WAY TO PEELING UNIT
    Made by a sturdy electro-welded steel framework is provide with a set of rolls and guiding slides which make bars proceeding into next working station correctly.
    The height of the roll-way is adjustable in order to keep the bars centred according to its dimensions.

  3. PEELING UNIT
    Our bar-to-bar peeling unit (RPF) represents a new class in high quality machining applications.
    The SAS RPF peeling machine combines solution efficiency with innovative structural strength allowing for adaptation to the most stringent of requirements and the flexibility to machine wide diameter steel bar.
    New guide and alignment technologies have allowed for significant reductions in vibration.
    The RPF is designed to provide low maintenance long lasting precision peeling operations.

  4. OUTLET ROLL-WAY FROM PEELING UNIT
    Made by a sturdy electro-welded steel framework is provide with a set of rolls and guiding slides which make bars proceeding into next working station correctly.
    The height of the roll-way is adjustable in order to keep the bars centred according to its dimensions.

  5. EXIT TABLE
    This chain conveyor is made by a sturdy carpentry with nylon plugs suitable to receive the peeled bars and transfer them smoothly towards two-rolls’ straightening machine entry channel.

  6. INLET CHANNEL TO TWO-ROLLS STRAIGHTENING M/C
    Made by a sturdy electro-welded steel framework, two-rolls entry channel keep the bar during its feeding into the two-rolls machine.
    The entry channel is composed of two parts. The lower one is fixed while the upper one can be opened by mean of a pneumatic cylinder to load the bars into the channel itself.
    The channel is covered inside by appropriate material in order to avoid bars damaging during the process.

  7. ENTRY PINCH-ROLL
    Oblique pinch rolls are positioned at the 2-roll straightening and polishing machine’s entry and are destined for making the bars rotating before their entry into the machine. In this way they prevent bars damage and they guarantee a good catch the bars by rolls.

  8. TWO-ROLLS STRAIGHTENING MACHINE
    This consists of a sturdy structure made of electrowelded, normalised steel. It supports the upper and lower straightening rolls constructed in high-strength steel alloy.
    The profile of the rolls makes it possible to optimise operation in the prescribed application fields obtaining excellent results in the final product.
    The working angles of the straightener rolls are adjustable manually and their position is indicated on a graduated scale.
    The vertical position of the lower roll is fixed while the position of the upper roll is adjustable by means of a geared motor in accordance with the diameter of the wire being worked.

  9. EXIT PINCH-ROLL
    Exit pinch rolls are positioned at the exit from the two-roll straightening and polishing machine and are destined for transferring the bars from the machine towards the unloading channel.
    Self-centering pinch rolls are positioned vertically and are driven by pneumatic cylinders. The rotation of rolls is by means of electric motors.
    The rolls are made of a particular material, which prevents the bars damage.

  10. OUTLET CHANNEL
    Made by a sturdy electro-welded steel framework, two-rolls entry channel keep the bar during its feeding into the two-rolls machine.
    The exit channel is composed of two parts. The lower one is fixed while the upper one can be opened by mean of a pneumatic cylinder to unload the bars into the channel itself.
    The channel is covered inside by appropriated material in order to avoid bars damaging during the process.

  11. COLLECTING CRADLE
    Made of a sturdy welded steel frame, allowing the collection of the material coming out of the outlet channel.
    By a motorized system and of the straps allows to the bars not to suffer impacts and therefore damaged.
