The machine is used for mass-producing cylindrical parts, ring parts in the way of centerless through feeding. And it also can be used for grinding cone parts with taper less than 1∶20 and molding rotational parts in the way of centerless in-feeding. Also the semi-automatic in-feed grinding cycle can be carried out. Long and thin bars can be through ground after the machine being equipped loading mechanism (special order).
I. Machine configuration & characteristics
1. Grinding wheelhead and reg. Wheel head both can move. The layout is suit for being equipped the loading mechanism.
2. GW. spindle and RW. spindles are both the dual-supporting structure with multi-dynamic pressure bearings which are lubricated by compelling lubrication oil. It can be used for precision and high-loading machining.
3. The grinding Whee lhead adopts the plastic surface guideway. Good anti-vibration and sensitive micro-feeding.
4. The machine is controlled by PLC. AC. servo motor drives the gri. Wheel head motions of feeding, compensation and rapidly moving. The stepping motor drives the GW. dresser motions of feeding and compensation. And also the machine has the functions of timed compensation and dressing.
5. Inverter duty AC. motor regulates reg. wheel speed steplessly.
6. Customer can choose special ordered loading/unloading mechanism for implementing automatic through feeding and in-feeding grinding cycle.
★The wide grinding wheel can increase the grinding allowance in a single pass, and decrease repeating, to raise efficiency.
★The grinder designed for double moving wheels, while grinding bracket fixed. The frame of regulating wheel moves for adjustment and workpiece fixed in order to equipped different feed devices.
★ The spindles of grinding wheel and regulating wheel adopted five-plate short bearing bushed static-hydrodynamical oil film bearing, which with better rigidity,and meet the need of heavy loading grinding and precise grinding.
★The grinding wheel equipped hydrostatic guideway, moves sensitively(feed slightly), and antiseismic to avoid wearing.
★AC frequency converter is used for regulating wheel speed control .
★Hydraulic transmission & stepless speed regulation are adopted on regulating wheel & grinding wheel dresser.
★The coolant system is equipped with magnetic coolant separator.
Main Application:
The grinder is mainly used for through-feed grinding of cylindrical surface of ring-type parts and bearings, which diameter of 10-200mm. Moreover, it’s equipped with auto-pitching-in unit, and transfer armed hydraulic & electric control system. So as to make pitching-in grinding.
